EYFON VIG YouthDays
For a better future
VIG is active in 30 countries: Which makes us a multicultural, colourful and diverse company and also opens up many opportunities. And so, together with the European Youth Forum Neumarkt (EYFON), VIG's main shareholder has launched the EYFON VIG YouthDays.
Every summer, young people from different CEE regions meet at the Europaburg Forchtenstein in Neumarkt in Styria to discuss issues of our time. As simple as this may sound, it is also important. Diversity and interculturality are core values within the Vienna Insurance Group, and we want the children of our employees to experience them as well. The young people get to know and appreciate each other and themselves through joint activities such as workshops, discussion groups and working groups. And they can grow together and make new friends during a varied sports and leisure programme.
Important values
We can only change the world if we actively work on it, tackle things with a positive attitude and exemplify important values. Mutual understanding, solidarity, respect and peaceful coexistence are precisely such values for us. We want to pass this on to the younger generation. That is why we organize programs and engage in initiatives that promote precisely these values.
