You can apply for a vacancy through the VIG recruiting portal. We will treat your application confidentially and add your details to our applicant database. We look forward to receiving your CV and your covering letter.


If your qualifications match our requirements, the VIG Recruiting team will invite you to an interview.

This is a chance for us to build up a first impression of you, and for you to find out more about VIG. During the interview you will meet a member of the VIG Recruiting team and the head of the department you are applying to. Depending on the job specification, you may also be asked to complete an online test or attend further interviews.

If your application is successful, VIG Human Resources will contact you with full details of your appointment.


Welcome to VIG! On your first day with us the Recruiting team will organise a special Welcome Day that tells you everything you need to know about starting work at VIG.

You will meet your team and find out more about your workplace.

In your first few months with the VIG, you will also take part in an introductory seminar lasting several days. This gives you an insight into the insurance industry and the VIG.

Our sales field day, when new recruits spend a day working in the field, is designed to give you an hands-on experience of our core insurance business.
