Our task, our goal

The division's tasks include tax and transfer pricing-related support services in the context of inter-group transactions. Also relevant are analyses of the effects of international tax innovations and international developments in the area of transfer pricing with regard to inter-group transactions.

1. Core tasks:
   • Tax or transfer pricing-related support services in the context of group projects (e.g. company acquisitions, restructurings).
   • Tax reporting and planning process, reporting and documentation obligations as well as support of the group companies in the field of reporting
   • Preparation of the tax notes for the consolidated financial statements according to IFRS
   • Review of applicability of CFC Rules and change of method in Austria
2. Daily Business:
   • Monitoring of reporting obligations of cross-border tax arrangements
   • Support with transfer pricing issues for VIG Holding and subsidiaries
   • Monitoring and support of documentation requirements for inter-group transactions in the VIG countries
   • Preparation of mandatory transfer pricing documentation
   • Management and further development of the Group-wide database for recording inter-Group transactions
   • Analyses of the effects of international tax and transfer pricing innovations on the VIG Group and knowledge sharing within the Group
3. Your Profile:
   • Business degree
   • Professional experience in the area of taxes (e.g. work in a tax consulting firm, financial administration or accounting/tax department of a group)
   • Very good communication and ability to work well in a team
   • Independent and self-reliant way of working
   • Strong degree of initiative and personal responsibility
   • Experienced handling of MS-Office programmes (focus on Excel)
   • Very good German and English language skills, CEE language an advantage
