Application process

Your CV should be up-to-date, clear and well structured. Use the CV to present all relevant information about your training, professional experience (if available) and additional qualifications as well as you can. Feel free to highlight your most important activities and development steps.

You are free to use a photo. If you attach a photo to your application, this should be a professional photo.

The CV and cover letter (also video) are most important to us. Other documents include certificates, letters of recommendation and references, which can then be submitted at a later date.

Please only use our application portal. It's also quick and easy: register and upload, also as a video application. Once you have successfully submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation. It goes without saying that your application will be treated confidentially.

When you reach Ringturm, please register at reception. There are regular exhibitions in our foyer, which you can look at while you wait. You can find information on the current exhibition at: https://www.airt.at/

In order to invite you to an initial meeting, we will arrange a suitable appointment by telephone. One or more managers from the relevant department as well as someone from the recruiting team will take part in the meeting. We recommend that you note down all your questions in advance so that they can then be answered in the interview. Of course, we would be delighted if you could also prepare and take a look at our extensive website or our social media posts.

You should feel comfortable, but still look professional. So no clothes that distract you from the conversation or that are impractical.

The purpose of the interview is to get to know you better and also to present you with the work and the environment. Naturally, you will also be asked to introduce yourself. Be authentic and ask if anything is unclear to you. Please don't be unsettled. We know that applicants can already be a little nervous and of course take this into account. At the end of the discussion, you should have a good overview of the position and the requirements so that you can also decide whether the work and the environment appeal to you. Use the opportunity to ask your questions. You will also be informed about the timing and the next steps in the selection process.

Sometimes, the first interview is followed by another meeting, a potential analysis, a work sample or getting to know a team. But this depends on the position and work, and will be communicated to you in the first round. Transparency and efficiency are important to us!

As soon as we have made a decision, we will inform you by phone. In the best case scenario, we will accept your application, clear up all the general conditions and start preparing the contract.

If we have to decline your application, please do not take the rejection personally, however difficult it may be. Remember that a rejection does not necessarily have to do with your personality, but that other general conditions (experience, corporate culture or team) may tip the balance. In such a case, it is best to consider the selection process as experience and training for further job interviews. If we have any tips for you, we would be happy to share them with you. And, maybe it will work out with another position!
