  1. Strategic goal of the department
    Coordinating and supporting topics related to the Management Board, meeting management and legal topics.
  2. Core tasks:
    • Coordinating all meetings of the executive bodies
    • Supporting VIG departments in legal matters, especially with regard to insurance supervisory law, contract law, trademark law, auditing of financial statements (non-audit services), corporate and capital market law, corporate and wholesale business and reinsurance
  3. Daily Business:
    • Preparing and following up Management Board meetings, Supervisory Board meetings, committee meetings and the Annual General Meeting
    • Developing legal decision-making aids and recommendations for action
    • Supporting projects from a legal perspective
    • Answering legal questions
    • Handling enquiries addressed to the company via the general email address
