„I started my career in the VIG in 2010 in the Group IT as a system architect. My next step was to become a team leader, since 2012 I additionally became the deputy of the head of the department. My team and I support the full consolidation within the Vienna Insurance group. I grew up in Kazakhstan and did my study for industrial electronics in Russia. After my study I was working for different projects in Central and Eastern Europe. Finally I decided to move to Austria, where I gained working experience as a senior consultant in an international consulting firm for different projects in the field of software development and application management. One big challenge was to take the decision to become a part of the VIG Team. In the VIG I found my place. The mix between relaxed and dynamic environment makes it really motivating and challenging for me.”
