Experts - We offer an alternative to the classical management development path.

In addition to increasing VIG's attractiveness as employer of choice in Austria and CEE, the VIG competence model contributes to identifying the companies' key positions and performers and to developing specific measures in order to retain them. In relation to responsible and sustainable risk management, these tasks are becoming more and more important. In order to achieve higher visibility and recognition for this target group and create development perspectives, an expert profile and expert competences were developed. This model illustrates a development path for experts and thus offers an alternative to the classic management development path.
