Diversity in our training offer
The VIG Corporate University offers Group-wide leadership and management development programs for different target groups. We cooperate with internationally renowned universities and speakers. Together, we develop tailor-made programs, which offer a lot of room and flexibility for managers. Practice-orientated, value-driven and the constant thinking-outside-the-box are the foundation of each program.
The VIG Technical Academies cover the group-wide development in technical topics such as underwriting, risk management and business process management. Apart from experienced, internal experts who talk about process standards and specifics about the VIG, we also involve renowned external speakers from science and business.
Above that, we offer attractive prospects for experts – as alternative to the traditional managerial career – by providing an extensive and tailor-made set of trainings.
The manifold range of VIG Holding programs such as intercultural training, coaching, project readiness and communication skills is primarily designed to meet individual needs, but are also open to employees of other Group companies. Excellent external coaches support our experts and managers. Digitization is also important for HR and we offer e-learnings and virtual trainings.
Réka Hassa coordinates the VIG Underwriting Academy within Corporate and Large Customer Business and supports participants from the whole VIG Group.
