Keep Moving

Keep Moving' is a holistic and sustainable package of measures at VIG Holding. It is designed to support employees in achieving a life balance and provide impetus for sustainability, sports and mobility.

These are our motives:

Strengthening life balance and health in line with our motto "Protecting what matters!"
Employees receive impulses for healthier and more sustainable sports and mobility options
Raising awareness of sustainability, recycling and reuse
Retaining employees and driving the issues forward together
Strengthening local companies and sustainable cooperation partners
As an employer, we see our responsibility towards our employees and society and set a positive example!

The survey of our employees in the fall of 2021 was important. These results and our focus on sustainability and life balance resulted in the Keep Moving package of measures at VIG Holding:

Cooperation with sports providers, e.g. MyClubs

Sports shirts for employees (produced locally and sustainably)
Showers and bicycle storage
Wellbeing platform with videos, podcasts, articles on physical and mental health
Lectures on sustainability with external key speakers
