The Vienna Insurance Group supports excellent students within the framework of the programme “Students4excellence” and gives them a sneak peak into the business life of an insurance company.

Today’s students are tomorrow’s executive managers. For this reason, the Vienna Insurance Group is a member of the student network “Students4excellence”. Competent and committed employees are the crucial factor in achieving the Group targets of the Vienna Insurance Group. A future-focused employee development is of the utmost importance for the implementation of a successful growth strategy. But to be able to develop employees, we first must find the right people. This is one of the positive effects of “Students4excellence.”

Supporting network

Together with Erste Group, McKinsey & Company, Mondi, OMV and Wolf Theiss, the Vienna Insurance Group supports this initiative for assisting top students in Austrian universities and universities of applied science. The goal of this partnership is to create a support network for talented and committed students and to enable them to network among themselves. The partner companies offer mentoring programs, internships, organise a variety of events with potential employers, and provide financial support to outstanding students.
