The Vienna Insurance Group is present at job fairs. The company sees job fairs as an excellent opportunity to present itself and to meet potential employees.

Is there a better opportunity to present a company and to meet ‘young potentials’ than a job fair? Probably not. Especially not, if one attends the largest university job fair in German-speaking countries. ‘Career Calling’, which is held annually by the zBp (Centre for Professional Planning of the Vienna University of Economics and Business). All the top companies that are active in Austria use the opportunity every year to present their organisations, business models and strategies. The more than 5,000 attending students, graduates and young professionals in particular can inform themselves about open positions and career paths at the companies.

VIG this year at Career Calling

The Vienna Insurance Group has participated in the fair several times already and has always met with much interest from the visitors. It was especially our internationality, diversity and our special business model, the multi-brand strategy, that convinced the people interested in us. Some of them were able to complete an internship with us, and some still work in one of our companies. The next Career Calling will take place this year on Thursday, 10th November 2011. Of course you can be sure: The Vienna Insurance Group will be there.
