Strategic IT procurement framework (group-wide IT procurement policies, processes, KPIs)
Operative IT procurement activities for VIG Holding (managing sourcing process, purchase specifications, selecting suppliers and negotiations)
Supporting VIG subsidiaries for local IT procurement activities (demand bundling, negotiations)
Software-license management and advisory
IT contract management (international suppliers, frame contracts, IT contracting within VIG Group)

According to the Austrian legislation we are obliged to state the minimum wage based on the Collective Agreement, which is in a range of € 32.000.- per annum. A higher salary is commensurate with the professional experience and qualification of the chosen candidate. The remuneration package is market-compliant.
This full-time position is to be filled immediately.
University degree in law, economics or business administration
Good knowledge of Austrian and European business law
Experience in IT Procurement and IT Contracting
Proficient in German and English language; any other Eastern European language is a plus
Good organizational skills; able to assemble and present information clearly
Strong interpersonal skills, business judgment and problem solving ability as well as very good negotiation skills
Willingness to travel
