Our mobility program is a human resource development tool aimed specifically at familiarizing high potentials with the processes, policies and standards in place in various departments. Staff spend some time in their area of expertise in one or several Group companies. Program participants are involved in day-to-day operations and quickly acquire new practical know-how, which plays a valuable and wide-ranging part in the development of interpersonal and professional skills. Candidates receive end-to-end support throughout the process – from the planning and application stage to managing their time abroad.

It was a very different world in terms of market conditions and the scale of the business, and this has been a once-in-a-lifetime experience on my career path.
